News from Saddleback

New Base Lodge

Almost tripled in size, the new base lodge will retain the rustic charm it always held, yet provide guests with spacious room and upgraded features that will make their visit more relaxing and enjoyable. Come enjoy the new lodge that features a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, a lounge with live weekend entertainment, amenities that include a licensed daycare, retail/rental shops, locker and changing rooms, Learning Center, arcade room, ATM machine, dining in the lounge on weekends, expanded cafeteria menu and much more.

Lifts and Trails

The new quad chair lift replacing the South Branch T-Bar, more than doubled in length downhill, will provide families the opportunity to ski/ride together on our new beginner terrain.
The Rangeley Chair lift has been extended 300’ downhill, allowing skiers/riders to traverse directly from the lodge down to the loading area. Both skiers and snowboarders will enjoy the new gradual sloped unloading ramp.
There are 7 new trails and 2 extended trails to bring our trail listing to 50 trails.
The new terrain park will be on the Wheeler Slope and will feature a 200’ half-pipe along with rails, spines, c-box, mailbox, various jumps and altered terrain.
The widened Silver Doctor is our new dedicated racing trail.
