DATE SET FOR RESCHEDULED FISH AND GAME LICENSE-REVOCATION HEARING 

CONCORD, N.H. -- The New Hampshire Fish and Game Commission has 
rescheduled the license-revocation hearing of Steven R. Laro for Wednesday, 
April 13, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. at New Hampshire Fish and Game Department 
headquarters in Concord. 

The hearing will be held before the New Hampshire Fish and Game 
Commission and Executive Director in accordance with Title XVIII, RSA 214:18. 
This statute allows for a person's hunting license to be suspended or 
revoked following a hearing. 

N.H. Fish and Game is conducting the hearing based on Laro's 
involvement in a fatal hunting-related incident in January 2004 in which he shot 
and killed his hunting companion, Robert H. Proulx. In December of 
2004, a jury acquitted Laro of negligent homicide and of felonious use of a 
firearm. 

No further information is available at this time.
