ADDITION TO AGENDA FOR MARINE FISHERIES HEARING APRIL 5

DURHAM, N.H. -- A proposed prohibition on harvest of river herring and
American shad in the Squamscott and Taylor rivers will be addressed at
the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department's public hearing on Tuesday,
April 5, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. at the Urban Forestry Center in Portsmouth.
This will be in addition to proposed changes to winter flounder and
lobster regulations and a proposed weekend herring fishery closure
previously announced for discussion and public input at the hearing.
